With over a decade of experience working in a challenging hospital environment, I've had the privilege of serving patients tirelessly, especially those in critical inpatient care. However, this journey brought me face to face with stress, and it felt like burnout was my companion. I had to learn the appropriate mechanisms to deal with stress and uncover effective coping mechanisms for my own wellbeing and that of my patients. This path led me to engage in talks, discussions, and workshops dedicated to empowering individuals to regulate their emotions during stressful times. Witnessing the transformative impact of these talks on the unsung heroes of healthcare, our dedicated nurses, fueled my passion to extend these resources to other overlooked sectors.

 

The corporate world is not far from home. My husband works in this competitive stressful environment and as I observed him navigate the corporate realm, it became abundantly clear how stress plays a major roll in his daily living and the impact that it has on himself and the relationships around him. This personal insight ignited a new mission within me - to create specialized stress management workshops and craft holistic wellness programs tailored for the corporate landscape. 

I am committed to enhancing mental health and overall well-being by equipping individuals and organizations with the tools needed to conquer stress, nurture resilience, and thrive in today's demanding world.
