Body & Mind Connection
I have completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and 40-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training Intensive, accredited by @yogaworks Los Angeles. These experiences have significantly enriched my comprehension of the profound interplay between the body and the mind. This has led to a deeper understanding of how the synergy of movement and breathwork can serve as potent tools for emotional self-regulation.
Workshops are designed to explore the transformative potential of yoga practices and breathwork in uncovering the emotional blockages held within specific areas of the body. Will guide participants in using movement to release these emotions and to identify postures that can facilitate emotional regulation.
